Let us discuss about the just completed Copenhagen climate summit here. It is predicted before the summit that it is a unique summit the world had ever. Much had discussed about its importance in several media. The summit was called for deciding about the future of the earth- our planet. The summits discussions was centred on the basis of the Kyoto protocol 1997. The main objective was to cut short the Greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate the carbon emission which causes the green house effect and global climate change.
Much have been expected from Copenhagen. But finally no decision or accord have been signed. Again the supremacy and politics of Industrial countries policies implemented there. Obama played the ususal tactics. Nobody thought of the island countries and poor countries concerns.
